Terms of Service- Items will be shipped via USPS, or utilizing free local delivery depending upon availability, within 5-7 business days.  If items are on back order you will be notified promptly and given the estimated delivery date, chance to substitue, or the opportunity for a refund.  NYS Sales tax rate is 8%.
